The All Flintshire Credit Union is very pleased to announce the launch of their new website.
The website offers simple navigation for local people to find out details of the services offered such as affordable credit union loans and savings accounts. It also provides information on opening times for the various collection points around Flintshire. The website also aims to be a source of news and announcements that will be useful for credit union members in the region.
An important aim of the website is to help local people become aware that there is a fair alternative available to them should they want to borrow a small amount of money to see them through a difficult period. David Stanley from the All Flintshire Credit Union, Holywell said “Becoming a member of the Credit Union is very easy and gives people access to affordable loans. This means that local people don’t have to depend on door step lenders or pay-day-loan companies who charge high rates of interest”.
The All Flintshire Credit Union is a non-profit making financial co-operative run by volunteers and was originally set up nearly 20 years ago to bring an ethical savings and borrowing service to the Flintshire community. Nationwide, around 1 million people are members of Credit Unions.
